Thursday, August 13, 2015. North Dakota Street Bridge over Fanno Creek. The bridge was reopened to traffic Friday evening, July 17. The new walkway became available July 27th. Asphalt connections were paved August 7. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held August 18. The major paving work is complete for this year. Most striping, pavement markings, and speed bumps have been installed. Install signal heads, wiring, testing, etc.
